If you're a UNION outfit: you know exactly what I mean! Think of us as the "Peapod" of the construction supplies business: The idea of Green Rabbit was conceived by two friends. After being sick and tired of hearing the frustrations from commercial contractor clients in the business about competitors who offered lazy, inconsistent service with difficult delivery schedules/terms and hard to reach salespeople who rarely returned phone calls and took over 1 week to do basic blueprint takeoffs: Something needed to be done! "What other industry gets away with that kind of behavior," was asked?! And since we already had a truck, huge warehouse space, & extensive buying power; we thought we'd tip-toe in and see if there truly would be a reception to act as a trusted resource. Boy, were we surpirsed by how fast things caught on! We pick OUR clients judiciously, serve the hell out of 'em, and make it so that we give them the edge to win deals. "Serving your brother" is the core philosphy. We're not for everyone. But who knows, we might be right for you!! |

| ORDERING RULES: #1. Prices fluctuate due to Market Conditions. Therefore, prices shown in Price Book are subject to change without notice. We will ALWAYS prepare a formal, itemized estimate for you: we do not play silly price games. In fact, if you have minor flexibility, we can often make some great recommendations. If you don't have a Price Book: call and we will drop one off for you and go over it in person so you find what you need. #2. CREDIT CARD ONLY!!! No CREDIT Extended to anyone, at anytime. If you don't have good credit: we do not want to do business with you. It's not that we don't trust you; it's just that we don't need the headache of high transaction costs which make everything more expensive for everyone. Including our sanity. We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX #3. 100% of Order amount must be received BEFORE truck delivery. No tailgate C.O.D.s, no "Title Company Draws", No misunderstandings, No hard feelings. #4. Minimum Order is: $1,000.00. Only in CERTAIN cases will orders for less than $1,000.00 be accepted but call anyway as sometimes we are able to make special exceptions: it all depends. #5. Delivery Charge is: $100.00. Might as well "load the truck" and "max-it out". If your order is so friggin huge that it requies more than 1 trip, you will NOT be assessed numerous add-on charges (that's our problem, not yours). #6. NO EXTRA CHARGE for deliveries made on weekends or odd hours INCLUDING middle-of-the-night deliveries between 10pm-6am for your special needs.requirements. #7. WE WILL on-site "WALK" your job and/or perform blueprint "TAKEOFFS" for non-refundable $100.00 deposit towards future order (what a deal). #8. Delivery Charge CAN BE COMBINED with multiple job-sites, other accounts, etc. so it you "have a buddy" or a friend who wants to "lump-in an order" with yours; well then: Party on!! Delivery charge will then be "pro-rated" seperately (2 stops = $50/each, 3 stops = $34/each, 4 stops = $25/each, etc.). $1,000 minimum order still applies. #9. If you don't see it: ask for it, maybe we can get it. Especially with anything window, door, or entryway related. #10. No returns, ever. If you mis-order it or over order it: have an Ebay sale. Pay attention to what you're doing. #11. No whining. Constructive criticisms are only allowed if Account is current and there are no outstanding balances. |
